All,
First of all, to Lebed, willka, PhilinRusia, and any tohter who replied to the last thread. Thank you. It was very helpful. I think I will rent. I leave for Moscow on Friday, and one of purposes in going this trip is to look at apartments. My office is in Leninsky Prospect, but I have received mixed reviews on living there. Now that I have some good sugestions on how to find a well priced apartment, any sugestions on where in the city (or out) to live? Thank you, Nidan BTW: Once I secure an apartment I will post the whole of the experience on the forum for all to enjoy. I expect it to be both comical and informational. ![]() |

I'm very excited for you for friday, hope you'll have fun and you'll find what you're looking for. I don't remember if you are moving to St-Pete's or to Moskva, but if you are moving to st-pete's I would say centralnyor centre town.

You know, Leninsky prospect is a rather long street, going from the very center of the city to its outskirts. And it also depends how you are going to get there - by metro, car, bus etc. A lot of people in the Moscow Division of our Company (including the boss himself) used "NOVY GOROD" (NEW CITY) real estate agency (/095/975-8991, /095/975-0617, /095/975-3136) to rent their flats and were content with the choice. They are quite reliable and provide a lot of variants, so that you could decide what suits you better.
Good luck!!! ![]() |
