Thank you for your intelligent reply. I'm very happy to see some honesty for a change. I know that what you say is right. I lived in South Africa during the apartheid period and what you say makes much sense. It's often not the people who themselves make the distinction, but the "forced separation" that makes these differences develope. It is easy to say "them" if they are on the other side of the road. But it is not so easy to say "them" if they are within your group of friends. It is much easier, then, to include them in saying "us".

But do not mark me down on this guilt trip. Take OJ Simpson for example.We are going on what the media puts out right? He killed his white wife and a jew but cutting their heads almost off.Is that correct? No proof? The white detective climbed the wall at his home to find evidence.But instead of OJ being tried the press and court made the detective out as the main guilty party.The black members of the jury let OJ go free because he was black. I agree 100%, Justo. There was a time when the black race was judged as a whole....more and more in today's world, each person is judged on his own merits rather than the color of his skin. That is..except for a few exceptions...those that are and insist on being on the welfare rolls.....whether they are black or white. These people have developed a talent for pissing me off.

Welfare isn't what it used to be. My lazy 44 year old nephew
applied for welfare but he was required to work 3 days a month at community service. He did it one month and then decided it just wasn't worth the effort.

In the 60's I had a cousin that found welfare payed better than work so he lived on it until he died.

There is a large number of black Americans who work for a liveing and enter into the millitary .They are very good citizen But the news media avoids reporting on those . There they ind no complaints on the USA.Just like law abideing gun owners.There is no story for the media.The media focuses on any problem they can dig up on our country.Good news is not news.

You know what? You might have just invented a new kind of network news without realizing it. The Good News Broadcast.

Last year, I watched a program that consisted of nothing but good news about people and their lives. It was wonderful.

There are many more good, kind and smart people in this world than there are bad guys, but you wouldn't know it from listening to mainstream news.

If you look at the sweden post..There is nothing but horrible news comeing from there.I guess the USA is not so bad after all.
