The job of the moderator is to enforce this. The moderator of the OpenBoard -- VickBlack -- is regularly neglecting her duties in my opinion. However most of the regular posters on the OpenBoard don't mind, so I'm not going to start a war (and there *will* be a war, I am sure) over this, unless there is sufficient interest. So far you are the only person who brought this up, as far as I know. If anybody thinks admin's intervention is required you can email me, and I'll handle this. I don't feel strongly enough about this to go through all the trouble, so I'm going to see how many people will complain.
