I believe that this board is supposedly moderated by Ilay and Vic and not you. Please tell me the last time Ilay has exercised ANY prerogative as a moderator? I don't remember it, but yet you see fit to criticize Vic.

When was the last time ILay posted ANYTHING here? Unlike Vic, he isn't around like 24 hours a day. When he was around he was doing a good job. The way I see it he's pretty much "retired" as Voro put it.

This is likely because you don't care for her political views and not really for her moderating abilities. Why not just tell the truth?

Exactly. It seems that we aren't getting any new members in the OpenBoard. The new guys post at the history board, the Russian politics board, Language, etc., but not here. I wonder why -- because it's like a private club for Apache, carter, Vicky, eyeradi8 & tovarisch (who for seems to be enjoying being flamed all the time -- I don't get this).
