I still don't agree with your witch hunt for placing the blame on Bush, as the potential value of specific items of "heads up" info they were offered is much more clear in hindsight. I think it was more of a systemic failure, rather than a Presidential one. I doubt the attack could have been thwarted at the time, no matter who was in office. But we will just have to disagree on that point.

When you asked what what all the police agencies were doing at the time, I think your self answer rated revenue generation rather low on the list. I think you should bump it up a few notches.
