Billions? That is billions with a B right?

Just how many captive blacks wound up as shark bait anyway?

Don't know. Wasn't there. But when you get your calculator out and find out what the average african birth rate at that time, start doing some factoring of people died during the slave trade and you might come out with an arbitrary number of africans that would be alive today.

So, even if it was 100 people and each have two children per generation from 1492 onwards just one generation might net 300 potential population of slaves. Maybe 400 times 300 and you already have 120,000 people that would have been alive at from the point of 1492 to the present.

Figure it out.

Not many native americans alive today, that isn't the nazi's fault.

I don't know anything about German culture? haha. What happened to those involved in the assassination attempt of Hitler? Try looking at that.
Hitler wasn't a general he was a leader, the generals knew some of his ideas were stupid. In all cases, they obeyed them. Schindler, he was a Nazi, haha. I true Nazi wouldn't of helped Jews.

Field Promotions are for smart moves, using your brains to combat a situation with deadly effect. You still follow the overall orders of doing a job.

You haven't experienced combat, you just think you have. You called yourself a vet and you never said which war, you say combat and you never say where. Combat isn't in your back yard.

Ok, sorry I didn't realize I am having a discussion with someone who has a History Channel BA.

If a true nazi was hitler's high command, I would bet that all the jews had blonde hair and blue eyes.

I choose not to get to specific on my military experiance if you don't mind. As if you have any.

Go read some books other than battles and war material. Faust, Steppenwolf, Parzival, and something from Niche then we might be able to have a more in depth discussion about how all europeans are lemmings.

good war? bad war? bad sheeple?

Armi makes some good points. First, "Pleasantville" was in the making in America, during this period. American DID obey much easier marching away to a song designed specifically for "Battles".....Sheeple were gone astray, disguised as "Patriotism". I differ with his opinion on the Value of the Lifes of Veterans. Just signing your life away for 4 years to the Power of the State, is enuf to get a little compassion from the masses who stayes afar from the War Zones. The Vietnam War was Hidious, with all the wrong motives. World War 2, allowed a "Flexing of the MUscles" of America, as never seen before since Rome was the Supreme Ruler of the Universe. Human-kind, pitted against other Human Kind.........Solving the Conflict with Death and Destruction.......The Generation which EVOLVES through this Barbaric Tribal Taste for Victory.....Now That Generation would damm well have Something to Be PROUD of......Peace through Diplomacy. Actions made to benifit Human Kind, not some Huge Corporate Anti-Christ Machinery. Giving to all those in need, without worry of Deubts. EQUALITY. Compassion........these are the Gualities of a Generation of "soldiers", i would be most proud of.

They followed orders and they continued to follow orders when they came home.

Not the greatest generation of the 20th century. Just sheep of the socialist kind.

I have a suggestion for any nation wanting to build a world war II monument to it's surviving veterans:

Have a bunch of old men in wheel chairs, canes, generic plastic glasses, with their licenses held out to some younger good looking woman beaurocrat passing out more licenses and permits for these people to keep living. So, just have a line of them some without licenses then one getting one, maybe with a rubber stamp in the girls hand and the ones leaving getting into a new car.

I think it would be a great memorial and the car can be updated every year and the car can be interactive with the public so they know what they will be getting when they get older all thanks to the beloved state beaurocrats passing out licenses to work.
