You read too far into what, to me, seems like a simple comment.

And officially you have to declare war on a country, Terror isn't a country, terror isn't anything but a word, so officially which the Geneva Convention classes as war, has not been declared.

This is a warning. Tone it down. This is an international board. It is a board with Christians, Muslims, Jews...you name, representatives of those religions are here.

I allow NO measure of religion bashing on this forum. If you have a problem with a political posture, then debate it.

And there are extremists in EVERY religion, not just within Islam.

I believe your from britain so you might not be aware that in america we also have a 'war on drugs' in which they government is able to get away with shady practices they wouldn't normally.

So my problem is that the americans are using thier own local policies on the state of war (even if they're different from the geneve convention) for thier own convenience, so they should have to apply it across the board.
