That computer..

..is what a Lada is to a Mercedes when compared to its western equivalent. Actually, it's not even that.

COW, Asian nations, including India, are closing in on the lead that the west has. But it will take a least half a century before any Asian developing nation can be compared to a western nation. How long did it take for Japan?

I'm a big fan of India, but your nations biggest weakness is the government. It is vulnerable to socialist politicians, mismanagement and bad leadership.

If you want to see an example of technologically advanced nations cooperating, I direct you here:

Pay close attention to the International Space Station (ISS) stuff. I'm sure we would have welcomed India's participation in this project, but I guess their government had 'other things' to attend to.

Yes but 35 percent of NASA Employees are Indians
