Last I heard, he was ailing. I hope he is well.

He has often just wandered off.went off to some other country then came back,but he never left a note to say he was leaving.so if he was gone,We expected him to come back in a monthor two.

My memory is coming back. I seem to recall someone telling me that he was originally another username. ..someone who was pompous, smart and not very well liked. Can't recall his name but I heard he had a heart attack.Didn't this guy have business interests in Russia? Damn why can't I remember?

Oh, If you were a liberal you would not have liked Volk.But he was a good guy.He sent me a lot of Linux CDs and helped people with Linux problems.He went to Russia now and then because his family came from there.

I have a bunch of pals I met on Linux boards.They have the typical socialistic views of Europe but they are fun to read and are really nice folks. I guess they grew up in a different world than I.
