Justoleme:

Good to hear from you. I remember Ilay...do you mean the "Ilay?" I'll have to do a search to refresh my memory as well, but if I recall he is a very influencial member.

Glad to hear that you didn't think I "stirred up much controversy;" then again my gut says that might be a more humorous statement (in the form of sarcasm--and not easily detectable by the written word).

I suppose, with the number of postings that you are responsible, it is unlikely that you would remember most of the people that you interact with!

I remember mostly faces, written names come in second, and I constantly need to be reminded of people's name in public if they aren't a member of my "work group" or have any significant bearing on my life. I used to be great at remembering names (I've even shocked people that I've met once six months prior)....but my brain seems to filter this information now...saving focus for more interesting and important information.

Join me on the Putin Delivers thread sometime. If you feel comfortable voicing your opinions on him, the State of the Union of russian affairs, or anything else you'd like to add!

Sincerely,
Natalie

I am really happy you came by here.I check every few days but I may have missed your post the other day. You are one of the nice people that I miss of this board from the old times. Yes. I had an injury and the sodium penethol ( medicine) dealt my with memory . Names. I never was good at remembering anyway. There is more to a person than just a name. I remember good people forever as just good people. I am not always the best of people but I certainly enjoy good peoples conversations. Kubick came by a few times and I enjoyed his post a lot but he had personal matters to take him away awhile. I know whoami comes around here often. AS I really don't know much of Russia I would not be good on the political section. Some of the Russians has posted pictures and told me things of Russia so it was fun to read and see what they had. I hope you come by more often up here.It would be good to hear from you.

Nationality has nothing to do with how smart you are, anybody can be smart as long as you read. Just my opinion...

Hope you are not being sarcastic, but I am a Southern educated woman...there are dumb people in any part of the USA and in Europe...I have had alot of friends from Europe and Russia...I have seen dumbness everywhere...no offense!

TV? Getting information from a TV is not the way to go. What are you watching that shows rednecks on TV?

Just curious.

I used to have a TV,Also you visit people who leave the TV on when you need to talk. I learned a lot from my TV before I took it down to a deep pond and tossed it. I learned that the only dumb ,poor and bad people are rednecks. The rest of the population of this planet consist of highly intelligent creatures. The white men who use their hands to earn their living are the scum of the Earth. You must be at the minimum a clerk to get a good rating but it is best to be born north of the Mason Dixon line or outside of the USA, (If you are white) You can get around this if you claim to be born gay. Or if you get a diploma in liberal arts. Ross Perot failed the test.Eventhough he has several billion the TV said he is a redneck. Rather than lower my standards down to the level that the media sets as a cross point I just tossed the TV in the pond with the snakes.A man gave me a new TV about three weeks ago as part payment on a job, I took the TV to some Mexican guys on my way home.

I see you have a sense of humor. I am from Kentucky, but I assure you some of us are educated. I have a Master in Computer Science, 8 certifications in Network Engineering and a Associates in Business. I do know how to read and I am considered a redneck because I live in the Southern states of America...Oh, I am related to Abner Hatfield of the "Hatfields and McCoys" and Daniel Boone Jr., who was considered one of the most likeable rednecks in the south. Those are my 5th great uncles. I can fairly say we have our share of dummies, but that is really anywhere. You know Daniel Boone's father was Squire Boone, he was from Europe.
