Hello, Russian Friends

Hello to my friends in Russia.

I just joined this site so I could get to know you.

The world seems to shrink and expand at the same time: each one of us has a world that explands with all the new knowledge of the universe, and the earth itself gets smaller as it fill up and we are able to connect so easily across vast distances.

I live in the warm, subtropical climate of Texas. I think of Russia as a vast, cold place. But is it?

Let's talk.

WelcometoRussia.com,
Zinnia.

You will probably find more fellow Texans here than Russians.

What are you saying? We are honorary Russians. Illay is our pal. He can get us papers.

Texans and Russians are more alike than different.

They are real people and straightshoooters. What they say is what they mean. They build machinery made to last and not for looks. Most seem to know that you go farther by being direct than beating around the bushes.I doubt but few think they can prosper without getting dirty or sweating when the job demands it. ----------- Atleast the ones I met here and admire are that way.
