I forgot to tell you that we just got back from a 5 week trip to Ukraine! Some of my family came over for 2 weeks and we took them on a tour of Ukraine down to the Black Sea, Cherkassy (Tanya's hometown) and Kiev. But we managed to have 3 weeks for us and managed to see alot of our friends and family. Our grandson is 4 already! Amazing for me to have a grandkid. But Oh So Cool! We're going to be looking for a 'dacha' over there next winter for a retirement place for summertime. Ak for the wintertime and snowmachining!

Actually I've never seen Ukraine,com.. I'll look as see what I find.
I do have K's cell if you want to talk to him.. IF he answers and IF his mail isn't full... I wish we had a better connection when we did talk... I was surprised how soft spoken he is... Funny I might be going bear hunting this weekend.. Blackies though.. Ought to be tasty this time of year and we need more sausage in the freezer. |

He is soft spoken because he has a slight studder that he is self conscious about. An amazing guy though. Last time I was in LA, he and I spent time just floating in the ocean and talking. He is quite profound. And Lena is absolutely amazing. What a cool woman. And I still have his cell number but getting him on it is nearly impossible.
Happy hunting.

Hi Guys,
It's good to read you two (Castle-S and AkMike)......... I can't understand much, but it's fun. I havn't been on Ukie.com for a while (until tonight.....) as I've been involved (with many, many others) in getting a real biggie off the ground this coming Sunday 19th May. It's the first time EVER that all the churches in my home town of Marlow are closing their doors and joining together for a massive joint morning meeting in the Town Park - and then an afternoon of singing, games, sport - and witness. We have even bought an ex- London double-decker bus - completely re-painted it, stripped out the insides and set it up with plasma screens on both decks, 240V electrics, 4 ex-Concord seats to serve 2 computers, tables, chairs, coffee, Bar-B-Q, etc - and all to aid us in bringing the Gospel of Jesus to our town - especially the young folks. It will then be used for schools, fairs, fetes, and many other enterprises, but all for Jesus. My best to you guys, Andrew

Ity sounds like you've been very busy with this project AndrewBlow. I can only imagine the hours spent revamping that bus! Believe it or not there is a real double decker bus from London here in Alaska! It's set up as a quickie restraunt selling halibut and chips.
