Russian travel
I am planning to travel to Astrakhan, Russia for the purpose of adoption. I would really appreciate any help I can get. At present I am waiting to hear from the court system, hopefully, my travel time will be in May or June. I am looking for information on where to stay, what and where to eat and best transportation from the U.S.. Is there adequate public transportation or is a rental car advisable? All and any hints will be helpful. Thanks in advance.
