Question

What should be included in a conference including French, Russian, Danish, Belarussian, Norwegian, Latvian and English youngsters?
The aim is to eradiate cultural misunderstandings...

How young? Generally small children have little concept of cultural differences...put them in a room full of toys and and you cant tell them apart. Teens on the other hand usually have formed opinions..right or wrong. Use team type situations (games)to achieve goals possibly?

Agegroup!

Thank you so much for your reply!
The age of the participants varies from 15-23 and is quite a broad group. However the majority has an average age of about 18. They have no specific qualifications except for skills in English.
The Russians and Belarussians come from university or are just about to enter whereas the Englishmen was about 16 and from a social club! You see, the intelligence level and type is quite different from country to country with the Danes lying just in the middle.

Can you specify what you mean by "team type situations"?
