Thumbs up

I heard that it is suppose to help out a lot in the big cities.

If they can do that why can't we, well I know why but, why can't we get more of this type of personal transports going that would not depend on foreign oil and have cover from the elements but is still quite fast?

The man has a very good point:

Cars are great for going long distances, but it makes no sense at all for people in cities to use a 4,000-lb. piece of metal to haul their 150-lb asses around town.

Some good points made!

Another problem with cars in the city is that you have to park sometimes miles from your destination! I know here in Orlando downtown parking is limited and the places with reasonable rates (city parking lots) are a mile away and require a bus trip to get to where you want to go.

Here are the ABC morning show anchors trying it out.

From what has been said the 'ginger' moves between 8 and 15 MPH - though the speed can be set by the manufacturer.

Here's the ABCNews article [the news network who had preview rights]:
'It' Gets Around'

3,000 for that? and I don't want to move on that thing, I'll walk in the city or use public transportation, thank you. What is the purpose of IT? And what about accidents?
