Justo:
What did bin Laden expect after 9-11? I think he believed that we'd send over a few cruise missiles to Afghanistan and blow up some camels and that would be that just like the last time, which would have been the case had Clinton still been President. |

I believe that the United States is the best, greatest place on Earth, but the things we do to remain that super power I don't always believe in. ( not that I would do a better job either nor would I try to stop others from doing what needs to be done) I just don't think fighting is the answer

Dear Sec2:
I hear you! But like the Bible says there will always be wars and rumors of wars! Of course, on an individual level we should learn to forgive and forget those who have offended us, difficult as that may be at times, but on a national level this does not work. It is called appeasement, and our 50 year plus national policy of appeasement of the radical Muslim terrorists led directly to the tragedy on 9-11. Clinton had several good opportunities in the 1990s to call the nation to arms over terrorism, but chose not to because of his loathing for the military and his focus on things sexual. |
