Why must we fight..we are all really brothers

This simple question hopefully will generate a massive responce...
All right I am a Christan not of any paticular branch like catholic or baptist.. Why are we brothers Christan, Muslim and Jewish fighting amongst one another.. the only think that seperates us is religious dogma really.. I canot understand why people grow thier whole lives to be full of such hatred and rage to kill oneself and so many inocent people.. really what have i done to be targeted by such hatred.. Here in America i have many friends Mormon, Jewish, Catholic and muslim..we do not fight but suopport one another through our beliefe in god.. we understand our differences and respect this.. Life in Illinois is laid back and peacefull.. no huge gangs or violence really unless Chicago.. Tell me why everyone has so many reasons to hate when they never see common ground first.. I aM ON LEAVE AT THIS MOMMENT BUT I GO BACK jAN 3RDto active service as 11 Bravo Airborn Infantry.. if i must go to war..wich it looks like we will.. ask me why i fight and you will get a real answer.. I fight for the inocent lost by way of terrorism, raseism and hate.. that is what keeps me going in these dark days in the world...

We just got thrown into it from the WTC tradgedy, otherwise we've been peaceful......sort of, for a long time

I would defend this country if needed but I do not support eye for an eye and retributions but then I have no idea what to do about it.

Yes, we are brothers and sisters. But at high places they make us killing each other. Our interest is only live in peace and have a family. But the interest of the "big guys" allways send us to war. Think about Ivan and Kurt. Two good man.

But if someone busted into your home to kill you mother ,father ,sister and brother..Would you fight? Or run? Thank you for taking the time to respond to my thread. And trust me I do wish for this all to end but what if we never find where Bin. We canot bomb every country we think he may be hiding in.. Wich is why i thing the war on terrorism should be an international war faught by everyone who opposes terrorism. But sad to say this is not so.. There are many members on the coalation with america but who is willing to go in it for the long haul.. I am glad to see other people besides myself thinking rationaly.. And Airborn is a hard core outfit..when i joined i was thinking there would be no wars mabey some peacekeeping effort here and there.. I joined for the honor, college, and the big sign on bonus didn't hurt my feeling any... In April i go to RIP wich is the Ranger Indoc Program.. hopefully i will make ranger and trully be an elite soldier
