What in your opinion constitutes a Fool....Folly...Foolishness?

Webster's Ninth New Collegiate Dictionary defines a fool as:

1. a retainer, formerly kept to provide casual entertainment.
2. one who is victimized or made to appear foolish: (a) to make a fool of; (b) to deceive, to meddle, tamper or experiment with, esp. thoughtlessly or ignorantly.

Folly:
Lack of good sense or normal prudance and foresight.

Foolish:
1. marked by or preceeding from folly
2. a: absurd, ridiculous b: marked by a loss if composure.
3. Insignificant, Trifling, Humble.

What would you call one who preys upon the vulnerable, and/or those predisposed to foolish behavior.

What one perceives as a fool and or foolish behavior may in fact be viewed/perceived differently by another.

Shakespeare!

I would rather have a fool to make me merry than experience to make me sad.
