I do know what you mean though technically this operation will succeed for Israel from a military prospect. The real problem is a political one. The only thing, currently stopping this conflict from widening is Americas continuing support for Israel. Apparently the Arabs are scared stiff of America. The Israelis seem to be playing with the idea of putting a border fence and effectively splitting ground.

This is war now though in the full sense of the word. Not only between the Palestinians and Israelis but also perhaps the Arab world and Israel.

It is war from all the Arab worlds, once again, because they refuse to see that anything their people do could possibly be wrong. Such as teaching their children to hate all Jews and Christians, to the point that they will strap bombs on their own bodies to try to kill others of another religion, hon.

Talking limericks

ho, hum, a couple of limericks...

There once was a man called Osama
who should really have stayed a lot calmer -
coz now what we'd like
is his head on a spike
preserved by a skilful embalmer.

He's hiding beyond the Khyber Pass
but somebody, somewhere will grass -
and for all his sick talk,
tell me how will he walk
with a cruise missile shoved up his arse?

a couple more limericks...

Osama bin Laden's worth millions
and spends it on training his minions -
he lives in a cave
and thinks that it's brave
to murder defenceless civilians.

Osama bin Laden's a turd
as I think everybody's now heard -
and he is the man
who'll carry the can
when George 'Dubya' Bush gives the word.

Dear osama bin landen, yasser arafat, and saddam hussein,
we are pleased to announce that we unequivocally accept your challenge to an old fashioned game of whoop-ass. now that we understand the rule that there are no rules, we look forward to playing by them for the first time. since this game is a winner-take all,we unfortunately are unable to invite you to join us at the victory celebration, But rest assured that we will toast you-- LITERALLY. while we will admit you are off to an impressive led,it is however now our turn at the plate. by the way, we will be playing on your court now. BATTER UP!!
sincerely

not all Muslims are Arabs, not all Palestinians are Muslims, what the Hell are you teaching your children, hon? Sharon is not terrorist, but war criminal. He uses tactics of Nazis by admission of IDF officers as published in Ha'aretz Israeli newspaper. His tactics will destroy Israel and quite possibly USA, by igniting global war.PEACE!T.

Unhappy

Hello Tovarisch

Yesterday Egypt broke off diplomatic ties with Israel.
The EU is getting edgy and putting pressure on Israel to implement outstanding UN resolutions.
Lebanon and Israel are exchanging shells across their borders.
Blair has gone to visit Bush regarding the Middle East conflict.

The EU is now seriously worried about this thing spreading. The Arabs are believed to be developing some kind of join policy on Israel. There is also talk of Israel keeping this up for weeks. They may get sucked in to something bigger than a confinable security operation. I would also not be surprised if the west becomes a terrorist target again.

This is not in are interests the EU does not wish to occupy the Middle East. The security of Israel whilst important is naturally secondary to are own nations.

Hello good comrade Gregz

I do tend to agree with your analysis of the situation, if the Israelis did not prefer Arafat in exile, he would be dead by now. Did you know that out of roughly 60,000 people in Ramallah, approximately 10,000 are American citizens? What is U.S. Embassy doing to help them?T.
