Hi, Galina. Yet, it-s nation-wide. Our biggest groups are from West and East Coast of USA, Midwest, South, everywhere yuo can imagine. No Alaska and Hawaii as far as i know.

Every ocuppation you may imagine: hightech, MBA-marketing/sales, finance, etc, small services.. And we have 4 russian recruiters as well Here are some stuff that we did and we are going to have more (about twice of what you see) by the end of the week. Again, all of us are PHILANTROPISTS and it's all FREE.

Expert Team: This team will review your resumes and any other important job-related documentation like cover letters, Q letters, etc. Anything you need to get you to look perfectly professional so you can win any competition!

• Database
Bay Area “key” people have created a database of private contacts. That database consists of *employed* and unemployed Russian professionals, friends, former coworkers who are willing to help others.

• Danet_bay list:
Exchange job openings within your circle of contacts from Danetwork. We started a group http://groups.yahoo.com/group/danet_bay

Survival Team: Since most of us are still unemployed, we are constantly learning how to survive financially in this suck-fest of layoffs and unemployment. Some people are more advanced than others: they know how to prolong UI benefits, get help from government, 401K, etc..

Distribution Team: Emil manages our distribution list of Nostalgic Jobs, available in regions of former x-USSR.

Student Network: If you are thinking of continuing your education in business by becoming a graduate student in American School, we can advise you on some tips regarding research, exams, evaluation and translation of your ex-USSR diploma and certificates, application strategies an the like.

OTHER IDEAS: We are looking for a project leaders, anybody who has a kind heart! This group is not related to job search, but was started here. Russian 911 Project is about creating an organization to help abused Russian women in USA. Russians gals NEED your help. We need a website, designers, resources, and your help. We need happily married (to Americans) Russian women, IDEAS and all your open minds and HEARTS! If interested, please join us! Group is available at [url]http://groups.yahoo.com/group/russian911

Maybe you don't know but gestapo means "geheimnisse state polizei", or secret german service. It is synomnym to torture and repression. We, Europenians, don't use it lightly. Only as an insult.

Galina, teh site is easy, only if you sign in with yourname@yahoo.com ID so yuo can access our resources.
if you sign up by sending blank email, you won't be able to get anywhere other then getting lots of emails. lemme know if you need any help

About Gestapo: it took me a while to understand why Sr. Member talks about gestapo, but i think you were trying to read Russian letters that worker is painting on that poster. It is "Bezrabot-nyj" which means Unemployed. In one word, all it says is "Unemployed, Danetwork can help you out"
