opening the other drawer...
with a lot of shiny thoughts inside..
That thread is full of a lot variety and it's personalities are colorful..it's many textures of the human condition and it's interesting to read. Besides....there are good people..that just make bad choices..anglo, hispanic, arabic, korean, russian, american..hindu..whatever..and each of them have parts of them that are healthy..and not so healthy..I think if we idealize any culture we are close to a dangerous society similar to ones of past historical montrosities.. that continue to remind the ones that dare to look what happens when God is excluded and people are exalted.

Castle, moy droog...
I may be out of my mind here ( find a jury ) but I think that Grunt was just threading a funny through his words on that last post there. ( In other words, why ya beeyen so seeeerious? )
![]() I was taught that " God " works through people, not above people. I have been 'saved' more often than not by some funky little human with shining eyes than by a tent full of revivalists. And believe me Daddy-O, I have in my lifetime, explored dang near every sector of salvation. I have yet to see any words of wisdom posted on my refrigerator, nor have I stamped out any burning bushes in my front yard. I adore your conviction, CastleStormer. I think it says alot about a person, their absolute commitment to stick with their ideals. I personally dont agree with the details of it, but I send little Buddhist blessings to you, the messenger.. ![]() ![]() Buttahhhh |
