What's Really Important?

I wear old tee shirts and jeans with holes in them and
never put make-up on my face. I feel beautiful and am
beautiful. The women that need clothes and make-up to
look and feel good about themselves lack self esteem
for their inner beauty. Fashion models dictate what looks
good to them and I find this very unintelligent.

Not everyone is fortunate as you to look beautiful in holly jeans and no make-up, dear. Others look terrible in such attire.

Are you assuming that everyone who dresses well has low self esteem? Nothing could be further from the truth!
I dress well not only because I respect myself, but I also respect those with whom I spend my time. It's not about NEEDING to feel good. I dress well because I ALREADY feel good about myself, both inside and out. Usually it's the people who don't feel too good about themselves who dress like slobs, at least from what I've seen around me.

regards

If you want the capitalist to tell you what looks
good so you can spend money, that's your right.

I thought Russians were above this.

It takes more self esteem to be different.

I COULD just walk around stark naked to save money (and I'd still look great).. but it's better to just wear something.

And hey if you want to be really different you can take a cue from some guy in one of my classes who would come to lecture with a paper bag over his head Is that different enough for someone with a really large self-esteem?
