Kusa, I do not know you but your calling sounds sincere. I can see a lot of human energy wasted on this board while it could be turned into a huge educational potential. Many dry discussions expressing consumption-oriented appetites should be turned into intelligent talks taking the past wisdom into account. We are not first humans on this planet and will not be the last ones. Unlimited and stupid plunge into sexism is a disease which should be patiently cured. Actually I can not see a better remedy than digging deeper inside a human soul and discovering the riches deep under the surface of a human flesh.
For me, this board is a particular language challenge as I am ethnic Pole who has ner visited any English speaking country for longer. I can find a wide space for cultural discussions reserved in every forum and particularly in the History, Film & Literature but also in the Personals.
I feel a definite lack of original Russian voices from Russia here. I understand there is a language barrier but Russians are able people so they will surely make this situation better soon.
Some ugly stereotypes on women here are obvious result of the intuitive approach based mainly on one's narrow personal experience or even on the virtual Internet surfing. If one starts to say about a woman, one should have his/her most important woman in mind. SO, you should ask yourself first: Would your Mother approve of your words? Would not they hurt Her? Were you born only as a result of a sexual lust or was there something deeper behind it?
Slavic people were known for their romantic approach and instinctive respect for a woman as partly based on religion (Our Lady's cult). Let us try to keep this trait on this Slavic board.
