Holey moley, that's some high cholesterol!! Walking is the bomb diggity - and I feel so much better when I do. I just tend to skip a day or three in between walks.
As far as I know there is no heart disease in my family, so I don't know what's up with my bad ticker. I'd like to run across my old company commander from the Army days tho, so I could say "See, I told ya so." He used to make me go running with him 5 miles every day at lunch time because I'd drop out of morning company runs cause I couldn't keep up. I told him what if something is wrong with my heart and you end up killing me.
Have had a few relatives die from cancer tho.
