Ive had a chronic sleep disorder problem since about 1991. Ive tried conventional therapy (ambien and paxil mostly).

They helped ease the problem but the side effects are brutal.

I started looking into natural remedies, so I found valerian extract and melatonin. Melatonin can be gotten at any drug store and valerian can be ordered online.

I take two of each every night and Im toast within 45 minutes and sleep SOUNDLY for 7 hours. Thats something I havnt done in 10 years.

Yeah it could help me I sometimes have trouble sleeping so lately Ive been prcticing meditiation techniques usually what happens is I fakll asleep until 4 and than fall into a deep dreamful sleep for the last 4 hours.

I can vouch for valerian extract. I am against prescription drugs after watching my sister sell all sorts of nasty synthetic but legal drugs. I have come to the realization that the majority of health workers in America are materialistic and all of the psychotropic drugs they push have unacceptable side effects.

Yeah man. She got rich off of selling prescription Phen Phen and Redux. Those drugs literally killed a bunch of people so the pharmaceutical company she worked for was forced to take them off the market. She owns mansions in Texas and Hawaii. She's drop dead gorgeous so she can get away with murder. She knew the side effects of those drugs when she sold them. She has no conscience about the damage she caused. I don't speak with her anymore because of the drugs she pushes. She is married to a dirt bag that cheats on her and is a piece of *&^%.

Sounds like a plan to me.

When I get to Ukraine I think Ill start looking around for some banged up building to serve as a flop-house of sorts for men passing thru the area.

But the service will only be offered to those men who prove they have proper moral fiber, just not proper bank accounts.

Im kinda lucky, I have a decent income and almost no bills, so I can afford to consider such things.

I suppose its like the old story goes...with much power comes much responsibility.

We have a long road ahead of us.

I am of the same mind-set. Part of me wants to find as many exceptional men from America as I can and show them what it's really like to live a family oriented life. This ensures men will walk to God and away from the devil. Everyone has to prove themselves around me. I don't want a bunch of drunk men looking for *&^%s around me.

Thats one of my fears as well.

There are alot of scummy men in America who turn thier self-hate and latent homosexual urges towards innocent Russian ladies.

Cuz they cant do it to American females.

I make it clear that men are not allowed to touch me unless we are boxing with gloves and head pads. I don't even like shaking hands with men. If a man says the gay male lifestyle is ok, then I don't associate with him. If a man engages in anal sex with his girlfriend or wife then I don't hang out with him either.

I like the Asian culture where men do not shake hands that much. I am looking forward to my trip to Russia to meet tall and decent Russian women.

Since Grunt states he is getting 7 hours of sleep then he does not have a sleep disorder anymore. Finding a natural remedy is always better then using synthetic american drugs.
