Hmm - I thought Russian Guys were a good choice too. That is until I actually dated one for 1.5 years. Aparently he thought it was ok to sleep around the entire relationship and lie about it. Of course at first that's acceptable, but when he starts saying "I love you" and talking about marriage and kids and LIVING with you I would think some kind of commitment should be made. I don't "share" - as was made very clear all along. He said that is "the Russian Way" BULL
Oh well you live and learn and I would hope that frame of mind is not the norm with that entire country, but I definitely have a bitter taste in my mouth after that. Especially when his response was that we were never a couple and he feels absolutely no guilt. I'm 27 and not stupid for goodness sakes. All I have to say is be careful AshW and try not to get your young heart broken cause it happens to the best of us with any kind of guy/nationality. |

I'm sorry to hear about your troubles with that man. There are good and bad in every bunch. Russian guys are on the extremes.. either they're very BAD, or very GOOD. Sometimes they're both, but don't get serious with those ones ![]() I've known some good ones, and they are so sweet and sensitive. You'd never know it judging by their tough exteriour though. I wish you better luck ![]() Jutka
