You'll be happy to know that I don't do drugs.

Please re-read the original post; I'm not a robber, either...I was commenting on how police can support a case...by recognizing that certain "legal" items...may be construed for "illegal" use when found in certain company (of other "items")...

P.S. Are you doing research for a class in advanced psychology, or something?

You know I luv ya...(and I'm a wee bit biased)...becuz you are a russian stud with army experience and everything...

but why do you feel that former (not ex) KGB should not hold government positions? The KGB IS a government position, isn't it! Do you feel that russia should do away with the FSB as well, or are you commenting that they only should not be eligible for political office...however, that would be a kick in the knee to democracy, don't you think?

Please be patient with me; I do not mean to alienate you. I'm just pumping your mind a little...if I'm not busy flirting...

I like how he put Bush in his place when Bush complained about Russian democracy. What the hell does Bush know about democracy? His family fixed the damn election at least once-and possibly TWICE.

Putin is the kind of president America had and needs. He reminds me of Jack Kennedy and Bill Clinton. You're lucky to have him because he knows how to lead Russia and I believe he has Russia's best interests at heart.

He's a hell of a lot better than who we have!!!!!
Would you like the governor of your state not to be elected, but appointed by the president? This is one of the Putin’s latest “reforms”.
In the USSR there was one of the propaganda shows called “The Soviet Union in the eyes of foreign in guests”. Foreigners were allowed to see only what the CPSU-KGB wanted them to see. As a Russian and former soviet I regularly watch what is going on in Russia. Thaïs’s what I’ve noticed:
Before 2000 most people talking on Russian discussion groups criticized Yelrsin hard, and practically none spoke in his defense. Shortly after Putin came to the office, on Russian discussions, commonly known as “forums” magically appeared many rood and aggressive Putin’s defenders, monitoring Russian discussions 24/7. Pro-democracy discussants named this phenomenon the Brigade (brigada). In the 80th the teacher, mentor and former boss of V. Putin - Andropov developed the project known to the public as Golgofa, and established the 5th dearpment in the KGB. This organization was designed to monitor thoughts and mood of the soviet intelligentsia.

But even without reading Russian media changes in Russia rather descuragueing.
I put up some statistics:
1991-1999 236 died in terrorist attacks 29/year
1999-2004г.г. 1096 died in terrorist attacks 219/year
In 1999 Yeltsin appointed Putin as the prime minister of the Russian parliament - Duma

You might have heard of the Russian TV news show NTV. It was the last news channel from where I could get uncensored news from Russia.
Putin created some debt scheme to close the station.

Are you serious?

Foreigners were only allowed to see what the kGB wanted them to? Call out the guard, code red, international threat..injustice to the people of the world [Do you feel the seething sarcasm].

It's about numbers. The rally. The typical, the average, the followers. Needing control, lacking vision...a percetion of the world laying in wait. The people who rise to the top...watch the media, learn from the style of control, and keep everything two miles away...manipulating strictly the world in front of them...the one they can reach out in touch...otherwise it's exposure to a mirad of intellectual stimulation [the media].

monitoring Russian discussions 24/7:

A higher level of censorship.

Hello. Your neighbor, your co-worker in the neighboring cubicle, you mother, your brother, your best friend...the school, the bill-collectors...

...get use to people monitoring your life. If you preoccupy yourself with government censorship and information...you probably aren't making moves to counter-act or ensue the control and manipulation in your immediate surroundings?

What kind of information are you seeking, what type of world events...are you hidden away from modern technology...

Did the library close down...

World events, the tusami, the grotesque and horrible conditions [like russians have never seen it before]; some of this sh*t I don't need to see...

Adult commentary on public television:

Is it possible to actually feel sorry for, say americans, for having been bombarded by 9.11 details... I didn't need to see the "little people" jumping from the videos...the thumping of the bodies in the French first hand video...but I watched anyway...it is one thing to know the vague details...and it's another to have these images blazed into your brain forever....did somebody let their kids watch this stuff...

read some books or something....get a degree....Choose your battles...

******************************************************************************
Do you wanna talk about something else...?
******************************************************************************
Are you trying to convince me not to like president Vladimir Putin..?

You choose the people/ the cause people to dedicate yourself to [loyalty]...loyalty and then trust....

How old are you? Is it beautiful where you live...or is it, perhaps, boring? What do you like to do on your spare time, do you have brown eyes...

If you want to know what a life witness tells, I can share my thoughts and experience. If you think you know about Russia better than someone who lived there, daily reads Russian news and regularly talks to people in Russia, why even to talk me?
