It's a complicated subject regarding my student loans. I've paid over $ 30,000 total so far (3 companies)....almost $20,000 to one company (but I still owe them $1200)... Bob--you know the drill...these companies thrive on calling you, your relatives and friends...if and when you are late... but get close to Payment In Full (PIF) or $1200 and these companies "run for the hills!!!" The "switcharo game:" they transfer your accounts numerous times, transfer inaccurate amount totals, strive to tack on other fees and charges...and just when you are about to "check them off your list," they CREATE a paper blizzard-- life in america. P.S. How was your New Year? Natalie |

Hello Nat,
Holidays were quiet in Afghanistan. We spent our time watching russian TV shows on the sat. They were the only countries that we found that had great holyday shows... Next year I hope to spend at least part of the holidays there. These people know how to party! Now looking forward to my next russian course in St-Pete in early March... Cheers, Bob |
