Trying To Find Someone Back In Moscow... How?

Ok, according to my first thread (Hi There) here is another request from me

As you can read in the first topic, I've met someone on my vacation on Crete. Although we (single-sided) exchanged addresses, I've managed to lose it... Been busy for a day (in Crete) since I was there a few more days than she was, been to her hotel, trying to get some info from them, although the only thing they had was a pasport number, since I'm not that well connected I can't do anything with that information

Now, for example, "we" (here in Holland) have certain sites, online phonebooks for example, that will return telephone numbers etc if you just fill in a name (and city). Ok now I understand that Russia is a lot bigger, and only moscow has 65% as much population as my whole country but still...

Since I cant read russian that well, its pretty hard to find stuff out. I've triend to look up a possible tour operator (travel agency) but I only found it in Russian, so not much for me to find out there, otherwise I could have contacted them, so they could forward a message or something from me. On that way all privacy agreements will be kept (no private info will be returned to me that way).

So now, with nothing more than a name (and Hotel info and dates from that vacation) it's almost impossible to find back such information I guess...

But since there are a lot of "looking for..." threads here I thought maybe someone over here got any hints for me on how to do this, I know it's hard but I want to think that I've done all I can...
