THE CITY OF CHEBOKSARY

I was wondering if anyone in Cheboksary might be on and knows this woman? She teaches Piano to 7-14 year olds. Her Mom's name is Nina and her father's name is Jura. Please if you knjow her tell her Earl is trying to reach her and for her to E-Mail him.
