As much as messages like this bore me, we guys have to stick together. If you're looking for female penpals, use ICQ. I've passed that advice on to at least a dozen people, and all have thanked me for it. Go to www.icq.com/icqhomepage.html and use "whitepages search" (you'll find it on the extreme right side, you'll have to scroll down a little). Click on it, enter what you're looking for (country, sex, age) and make sure you have "return online users only" checked (it's on the bottom of the screen next to the "search" button). You'll get a list - send messages to whoever you find, and you're off. You'll have a new penpal surprisingly quickly.
