I know what you mean about the photos. You have to realize that on the other hand, the ones with the good looking photos might not actually be that goodlooking. It would be so easy to use some model's photo from the internet. So at least the ones with the ugly photos are being honest I guess. They still probably get more replies than the ones that don't have a photo.

That trick only lasts till you ask more photos.
What is done often are old pictures, later they can always say they had no recent ones when they put the ad, or that it is an old ad.
