I wouldn't even waste my time reading anything written in the "palestine chronicle." Ever heard the saying "actions speak louder than words?"

I don't believe it is ALL muslims - but certainly there is no grand outcry from that massive muslim community over all the killing and terror being carried out in the name of islam ALL OVER THE WORLD. You hear a peep here and there, especially to exclaim how they are such misunderstood victims - but that's about it.

I have seen a few articles and interviews of middle eastern men who now live in and have been educated in the west who denounce it - but they are few and far between - and would probably be murdered at the first opportunity by any islamist who could get their hands on them.

I venture to predict that once all those immigrant muslims' children grow up and become educated - the numbers will drop - if they are indeed correct at all. I've noticed a popular tendency recently in "experts" to come up with numbers and statistics to support their arguments that are biased on one side or the other, depending on who does the "study."

Please keep the education subject out of this. Muslims have contributed more to science than any other religion. Unfortunately history books in the west deliberately conceal that part of history to portray Muslims as uneducated people. The poverty that Muslims suffer from has nothing to do with religion and everything to do with the dictators who rule those countries.

Yes - at one point in history they did contribute every so often - but all the progress was wiped out time after time by uprisings in which books were burned and the great thinkers murdered because it went against another islamic group's idea of what should be allowed. Look at Kashmir and all the educated muslims who were murdered because they didn't agree with usama's lot. That's why the muslim countries are mostly third world and retarded - because the islamic fundamentalists are afraid of losing control - so they kill anyone who appears intelligent and objects to "sharia" law, which by the way - no two clerics can even agree upon. They preach one thing and practice another, and twist it to fit whatever they want to do at the time.

Can't think of the guy's name or where I read it - and if it becomes that important to you, I'll go back and find it - but a few or so hundred (if not longer) years ago - a great muslim thinker wrote a book about 1000 things men should ponder - probably could have been placed right up there with Socrates and Plato - but guess what? The last existing copy of his book, which was kept in a public library of sorts in an arab country, was burned by a group of saintly muslims. I know, I would certainly have LOVED to read that book.

But muslims of today seem to want to destroy any avenue of "free thinking." What I'd like to know is why they are so afraid of the truth and allowing people to think for themselves. And frankly, I live smack, dab in the middle of America, been all over the place, and I haven't seen any great conversion going on. I've seen American's attending services to find out what the h--l is going on in them and keep an eye on things, but that's about it - and not even that in great numbers.

Maybe you could list all those contributions for me - cause right off hand - I can't think of any.

Also then - you agree that the poverty, etc., in those countries is due to the dictators - then why are muslims attacking the west instead of those dictators and taking back control of their own lives, property and detiny? If they're willing to die to kill the wrong people, certainly they should be willing to die to get rid of the RIGHT ones. Because they are being made slaves by Islam and it's clerics and their brutality - and accept the lies they are told without question because it's anathema to second-guess a another muslim - and in so following that are making their lives and everyone else's even worse.

Right now, they are not contributing to society - but brutalizing it. And why do not the good muslims - since there are supposedly so many da*ned big masses of them - making their voices heard - to quit the violence?
