You were really on my heart today during my quite time and I just had this feeling that there might be a battle waging in your life. So I have a word for you: Be a son of a Dodo! :-0
Here's where I got it: one of my favorite chapters in the OT is 2 Sam 23. King David had thousands of warriors, but in this chapter there is a list of David's "mighty men". In verse 8 and 9, it tells the story of a guy named Eleazar, son of Dodo. It says that he fought so hard against the Philistines one day that "his hand clave unto the sword". It says that "the Lord wrought a great victory that day".
I don't know what's up in your life Andrew, or what is about to be up. But I just feel the need to tell you to fight. Fight long...fight hard. Stand in the shadow of (in my mind) the greatest Brit ever: Winston Churchill. Never give up! And fully expect the Lord to bring a great victory.
If all this means something to you, great. If not, just chalk it up to being yet another annoying post from the boards cockroach.
I think you are amazing. And I'm proud to be on your team. Keep on keepin' on! The Jordan is about to split.
