I have yet to be offended by anyone here at russia.com. I think your take on your religion is interesting. I wonder why someone will pray if the prayers are answered weather they pray or not.

Why would I talk to god if he knows my thoughts before I speak?

The main issue is if your god is great why the recongnition of other gods in day to day lingo?

I know there is a purpose in having a god or a belief in god but when so much time is spent on rituals and general prothelitizing when it doesn't matter if there is a god or not because "god loves us all," just seems like a complete waste of time.

I think people can live a righteous life without religion and all it's tenents and still make it to heaven if there is one.

Being christ-like is very ambiguous because so much is debatable weather he paid taxes or not and if he was violent or if he even existed.

But if he did wouldn't a month, day, or planet be named after him if there is more christians than anyone else in this world.

Just observations. Seems people on this forum can respond quicker than anyone I can pray to.

I believe that the true athiest who is a good person because he knows no other way of living, gets to heaven (call it whatever you want) faster than the man who lives on his knees. You just can't do much good in the world living on your knees.

I am a Christian, but I would never tell you life is going to be all 'peaches and cream' if you become one. The fact is you could be a Christian and suffer and die a horrible death.

It is no matter. People that have crossed me I would just say they could have my place in heaven for I can never deserve it. It wouldn't suit me anyways. A heaven on earth would be more preferable but hardly obtainable. Send those who wish to be with god to him, here is where I belong and that is where I will stay.
