Chingiz Khans invesion of central aisa
was the worst invesion in the history. There in central asia uzbeks say there was no such awfull invesion till chngiz khan and never will be in the future. After centuries of those events you see still uzbeks has alergy with everything related with monngols and with chengiz khan. While Tamerlan started to kick out mongols from central asia (lately form russia) people supported him.and even these days he is accepted as great anti mongol hero in uzbekistan. Tamerlan first supported Tokhtamish control on russia.he thought he will act in his interests but while invesion of Iran by tamerlan army when large part of army concentreted there Tokhtamish did in some serious raids to turkistan that of course ended with battle between them in russia (if i am not mistaken battle was somewhere near moscow,or not?). Battle of Tokhtamish was last strongest strike on still living mongol empire on russian territory. Ýf ask myu opinion about that i think he was right when he destroyed tokhtamish army.
