Seriously, as far as concerned, the Members in the Religion
Board have tried their best to refrain from preaching.
But it's odd to watch an Atheist trying his best to "convert" Believers.

If you wish to discuss religion with the folks here, give them the respect they deserve and if you cannot, then please refrain from visiting this Board.
God may not concern you but it does to these folks.

Regards,
DV
Come on, the guy is only expressing his freedom of speech, I hardly see why he was warned. What I know is that I was called a schizophrenic just because I expressed my freedom of speech by the same people that are too lazy to even bother reading about natural selection before they try discrediting it.

If The God is the same person,
Is that means God also made some mistakes?
People have given God a bad name. We have slanderd him for centuries, and have wronged him time and time again. Some people call themselves Christians, but are just sick fundamentalists using his name as an excuse to their disgusting behaviour. The truth is, God has done absolutly NOTHING wrong to us. WE chose to be wrong, and act evil. He cannot be our scape goat anymore. We all have to start looking at our own actions and not use God as an excuse anymore.

A religion's purpose is to give it's follower's a set of guidelines or in some cases rules to live by.

It is however up to the individual to follow the guidelines or rules of the religion they chose. If they don't do their best to follow the rules they are being hypocritical.

Why is one set of rules good and all other's evil? This seems to be a common theme in confrontations between various religions.

If you are happy in your choice great. Why the need to point out that my particular choice is "WRONG"

The reason I divide them into middle age Christians and modern Christians is because in the middle ages the government controled the churches so that they could control the people...Take the French "national assembly" for instance or king Charles of England. They both used the churches for politics.

Can you give me an example of how Charles (which one? I or II) used the church for political ends please Larsen?

Never really heard that he did and I am curious as to what you are referring to.
