Do u agree?
What do you mean with failed? It succeeded in converting whole Europe, America and parts of Asia and Africa.
It was a success but it has done it's time.

the death of the Pope shall be very interesting to watch. It will also be a measure of strength of faith.
So Scandinavian, you could've seen the dying of pope and what was next. Are still so sure that the end of christianity is soon?

It was a success but it has done it's time.
I don't think so. It's just a time of puryfying. For ages it was nice and and safe to be a christian - everybody was like that. And such situation led many people to superficial faith based only on particular behaviour, not asking "why" and "what for".
When you clean your home, especially after long time, you may find many unpleasant things. But after that you can throw them out.

I hate to be the one to break the news to you...but...

Christianity is very much alive and well. It is thriving, and doing just fine. Maybe you are all looking at the wrong news reports.

Castle??? Still here? Thought you were in heaven.

You should come to Europe and see by yourself. The last church in my neighbourhood has been sold and now they are transforming it in I don't know what. It is even more ugly than before.
Most churches here are falling to dust and in the remaining you see more tourists than believers.

Religion will disappear if misery, povrety and ignorance will have disapeared. What is not for tomorrow.

god is a mission

the christianity is not just a religion to say it failed or to compare it with any religion because the main target in any religion thatever it's ... is just to know who is the god and how to satisfy him with worships but in christianity the almighty god came to you to give you the eternal and immortal therefor jesus god in human flesh came and kept the man and he don't need you to worship him more than to give him yourself and ask him to change you to make you a new creation.
but if you want us to talk about christianity as a religion then the christianity today is the most growing religion all over the world one of the most statestics in front of me today say that 80% of the americans declared they are believe in god ..and 90% of them believe that religion is so important in thier own live.and 57% of them say they are christians and 1% say we are muslims and 1% say we are jews and 31% belongs to another religions but in general america is a nation of believers accept it or not you are free.
in egypt my native country the christians are not less than 10 millions from 70 millions egyptians but there are about 6 millions from the 60 millions are muslims just in the formal documents because they are infact an ex-muslims but our government didn't give us the permision to change our documents yet but those 6 millions are increasing from day to the others in fact .
look at the east europe the growing of the christianity inthere makes us feel proude .
god is alive he is alive and he is always ready to use us ...in egypt there is a vision that there is a near day when the most of egypt will be christians .
offcourse there will be a blood path but we are all ready for this day because we are sure that jesus the christ is now in egypt and tomorrow will be there in your country to make you see with your eyes if the chrsitianty had failed or not !!!
