The Church split in half in 1054,since that time we have been apart. We have the saints before the split but after that we have different saints Did you know that the last tzar Nocolas and the tzarina have been cannonlised. thats right ,along with all the Christian who died for Christ durinmg the comunist era. I really don't care who the next pope will b or is, I really don't know. I'm sick and tired of my church being blamed for what the the western church. Like the crusades and the inquisition. The Russian has many times condemned the excesses of the tzars and excomnicated many. Ivan the Terrible was tossed out of the Church. Rasputin wsa'i even a member of the Church. He was married with four children and was a member of a sect. He was no monk! Don't blame us for Catholate problems. oh, by the way we have no pope. the .

We evolved from animals into thinking animals. (Well, more less thinking.)
We devloped a capacity that is called rational thinking and at each generation this capacity seems to increase. It is thus logical to think that irrational thinking, like believing in a God, and practizing a religion, will gradually disappear in the future.

If few believe that Jesus Christ lived, died a brutal death for our sins, and rose again on the third day, proving His power by conquoring sin and death, and assended into heaven before a multitude of eyewitnesses, then my heart breaks. But I will not sit in my misery doing nothing. I will go and preach Jesus and make disciples. I cannot save, Jesus already has. I cannot convert anyone, it's the power of God that brings people to repentance. I am just God's tool to accomplish His good work.
Granted, I will never see you face to face, but I urge you, repent and allow Jesus to do His work in you! Accept His salvation because there is only one way to get to heaven- through Jesus Christ's shed blood. He even proclaims: “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. (John 14:6). It's not a "chose your own adventure", Jesus is reality (Romans 3:3-4).
Stop looking to man, man makes mistakes, man sins. Look to Jesus! He is faithful! His Word is true!
I do hope to see you in heaven! But if not, don't use the excuss "I had no warning!". God sends no one to hell, our sins do. If you do not think you are a sinner, have you broken any of the Ten Commandments? Have you lied? (even a 'little white lie'). Then you are a lier.Have you stolen? (even a piece of gum from the store). Then you are a thief. Have you looked upon another man or woman with lust in you heart? THen you are an adulter.Have you wnted something so much that belonged to someone else, that you've kept bitterness toward that person? Have you hated anyone? Ten you have commited murder in your heart. If you said yes to any one of these, you are a sinner. But this list is not "the only kind of sins" list.
Because God is Holy, He cannot be in the presence of sin, therefore, we, as sinners cannot go to heaven. It is like a piece of white cloth that has been stained with a stain that cannot come all the way out, no matter how many times we clean it: our own works of doing good will not buy our way into heaven. Because God loves us so much, He wanted to restore that relationship we once had with Him (in the Garden of Eden with Adam and Eve), therefore, He sent His One And Only Son Jesus Christ (John 3:16) to live a perfect life and to die on the cross for our sins- a payment we could never fulfill because of our sinful nature. THree days later Jesus rose from the dead, proving His power over Satan and death! Because of what Jesus Christ did, we have access to heaven. BUT! Not everyone is going to heaven! In order for us to get to heaven we must believe on Jesus Christ (Romans 10:9-10)! THat white cloth that has unremovable stains, when it is passed through the washing of Jesus's blood on the cross, it is made white as snow! That's the power of God! Look To Jesus! Put your faith in Him alone! He has alreay won!

yes state religions never had any life anyway..i was reading a conversation between two members in another forum, they were discussing churches..and one said to the other "churches are just graveyards for the spiritually dead ".........BRIAN

Billions of tax dollars are spent to teach children Darwin.This is done by governments. The media both electronic and written are primarily athiest. .The people are finding out they have little to believe in except politicians and entertainers. So you reap what you sew.
