The Christian religion has failed. It is structurally weak and corrupt, and few believes in it's message today.

It swept over Europe, stole our minds, and now it is rotting away. Like the aftermath of a plague. A mental virus with catastrophic consequences.

Europe is now in a mental turmoil, and so is the US. People don't have any unity, or goals. Just some flimsy ideologies, socialism, capitalism, careerism, etc etc. What crap.

Do u agree?

How has Christianity failed any more than any other religion?

Humans are "failure" prone lol. You can't fault Christianity as it was meant to be for human foibles.

I was not comparing to other religions, but fine, let's compare it to islam, which seems to be going pretty strong.
It's followers are loyal and devouted to a cause. (The Destruction of America! just kidding )

You can't say what Christianity was meant to be, there are no statements that say that. But universally, these religions, or priests, have strived to convert as many as possible. Just look at history, inquisitions etc. I believe the idea was to give *everyone* a strong Christian identity. Obviously this has failed.

Indeed, the death of the Pope shall be very interesting to watch. It will also be a measure of strength of faith. If the whole deal is over in an unspectacular and brief manner it will be an indication the religion is weak.

Hopefully the next Pope will be less docile and have a brain.
