Hello Nickols,

I guess one good thing about living in the technology age is that we have access to lots of good stuff. If one thinks that there is a part of the book of Revelation that has been translated "wrongly", we can go to great resources to look up the original Greek verbage and see what John was really saying. There are online concordances and lexicons that can help us "study to show ourselves approved". And sites like BibleGateway.com have almost 20 different translations for every scripture.

The bad news for you is that they all will say the same thing: don't add to or take away from this book. Most people I know who really don't want to believe God say the same thing about translations being wrong. Nickols, some day you will see the author of that book face to face. I wonder how many will be asking about translations on that day?

Please understand that many combinations of words there had other meaning then heir direct understanding!
Well, the word GAY meant something like Prince 100 years ago but ciurrently this word has perfectly other meaning! Other example, the word High never be used as greeting 100 years ago.
