rikbe , I agree with you a half .
I agree settel the EU parliament in Moscow , but I suggest this EU will contain all of the countries in CIS. Otherwise China will consider in future whether gain these Asian countries now in the Independent countries Union , include the Kazakstan .
Even if possble , China will gain Turkey , if EU not need Turkey and don't treat it well .
I don't agree the existence of the NATO , I consident in future world never need any military alliance like NATO . The existance of NATO is not justice for other countries . NATO is one of obstacles for the world peace .

Just curious, how is NATO an obstacle to world peace? Granted, it was originally formed as an obstacle to Communist expansion, but nowadays it acts as a peacekeeping force. How is NATO an injustice to other countries? NATO is in places like the Balkans because the screwballs there don't know how to settle differences there without fighting.

Oh! This question is quite easy. Miloshevich doesnt have a nuclear bomb.
Seriousely, it is a hard question. Just imagine if in a place were you live would come quite a lot muslims, so non-muslims would become minority. Then they would decide to separate from the state and form an islamic state. As to me I just would have to leave the place and look for another country to live. I cant just accept that quite democratically the majority decided that I would have to wear burka and sit at home. You think it is not realistic picture? Well... serbs also lived in kosovo and most of them just had to leave the place where thire ancestors lived. The same things could happend everywhere, for exsample, in Greece. There is quite a lot of illegal albanians and the country dont have force to send them back, moreover if they would try to chase them they afraid the same reaction as with Jugoslavia. I really dont know how to decide the problem. Well... nobody mentioned that serbian simply had to leave the region of kosovo due to the action of albanians. And, yes, actually they were terrorists that acted agains unarmed serbian civilians in kosovo. May be, sometimes the traditions are so different that two people cant live together. But who could decide who has to leave thier home then? Why Miloshevich? Well... Why NATO? The decision of NATO actually means that serbs should leave kosovo. Sometimes it seems me that it is better to let them resolve thire problems themself, neitherless how cruel it is. May be I am not right. But I probably would prefer to die defending my land than being bombed by anybody who would just decide everything for me.
Although I dont look at NATO as at an obstacle to world peace. Unfortunatly I am not sure that peace is possible. At least I am not sure I want to pay for it with my freedom to make a decision about my future. Islam sais that Islam is peace. Well... it is a certain order that finally set the peace if everybody would obey this order. But I dont want this kind of peace, for me it is to big price that i dont want to pay.

no peace until all humans die thats what i think
and what does NATO do?! US government just ignores it
so its not an obstacle to peace.. american government is.. how ever as i said: "no peace until all humans die" there will be always people who would want more power and make wars.

Uhh, Heimdall, those people in the Balkans have been carrying on campaigns of murder and genocide for centuries... I think the term "screwballs" is putting it mildly.
Also, have you ever noticed that when the U.S. or NATO or the U.N. goes into a country to help, we're "meddling in regional affairs," yet when we don't help, people say the US is turning a blind eye to their misery? I have.
Oh, and the difference between Bush and Milosevich is that Bush didn't go out of his way to massacre 80,000 civilians in Afghanistan. And even if he did, it would never be intentional. That might be why Milosevich is facing an International Court of Justice for war crimes against humanity.
And besides, we need NATO. Without it and the U.N., the entire globe would tear itself apart. Maybe you should check out http://www.nato.int, and see how NATO is trying to rebuild in the Balkans.
