Hey I'm back! OK, if someone could give me a detailed explanation of the responsibilites of the Russian citizens and the services provided by the government please. Also, if someone could tell me about the taxes in Russia. Please by Feb. 7th 2003 9:00 central time in the US. Thank you so VERY much. (I am finding NO websites on this topic.)
