Oh please! You seem like two blind kids. Youґre so stupid? People that only says something without saying why are the kind of people that opress the third world. Was Lenin a tyran? He even changed some comunist reforms to the good of russian people. If poeple like Lenin ruled the world, it would be better. If people like YOU ruled the world... Wait! people like YOU rule the world!

Disa, все правильно, согласен, человека судят по поступкам. Вот только одно "но": Путин, по-моему, хорошо понимает отличие государства от стада баранов без вожака. Пустая болтовня всем ОСТОХРЕНЕЛА. Тут нет никакого противоречия с концепцией демократии, которая предполагает СВОБОДУ ФОРМИРОВАНИЯ И ПРИНЯТИЯ решений, а после их принятия - следование им. Если я сегодня возьму у тебя в долг, обещая отдать, а потом откажусь, как ты отреагируешь? Насколько у меня сложилось впечатление, его отношение к экономике - в пользу отечественных производителей. Плюс? Естественно. Это не так называемый демократ Гайдар, который своими импортными ножками наши курятники угробил. Смешной пример, а кроме курятников у нас было еще кое-что и где теперь те люди, работники тех предприятий? Москвичи привыкли мыслить категориями финансовых потоков как будто это панацея и можно сначала все угробить, а затем дать денег и все будет в порядке. Черта с два! Кстати, клинтоновская администрация опубликовала документ, в котором заявляла, что за его президентство в Штатах было создано двадцать миллионов рабочих мест. Среди них и наши рабочие места, и наши деньги.

To answer your question, simply because it is forbidden by an article of the Russian constitution for an executive to be a member of any political party. Need more info do not hesutate to contact me on asafio@po-box.mcgill.ca
