But i know that much about the Gulf war that Kuwait wasnt that happy when the US decided that the best way of "protecting" the other countries were by using Kuwait. Thats why Kuwait said no high and loudly the last time US decided to fire some misseles at Iraq. But i love to learn more about these things, though im only know a little.

My personal opinion is that if youre gonna export weapon to a country they should investigate a little first BEFORE exporting not after as was the matter this tiem.

I will keep this in mind if I ever see the Russian-made tanks of the PLA pouring into Siberia.
