On tochno nemnogo strannovaty!!! To Mr.Nonson: I would like to ask one question: Why is it, that in the country, that won WWIII (economically, ideologically etc.) the kids shoot each other in schools??? American children seem to have everything a kid can dream of, and still this continuos violence can't be prevented.

World War III?
Who won, who will win, Russia or USA? The world was created by God to make the mans live in peace. Destroy the weapons and give to it another kind of use. We could visit some Hobbes references about the bahavior of the human being, to understand why? the humanity canLt live in peace. We shouldnLt be afraid about the next World War III, between both superpowers, there is no possibility to occur. First because you already know the nuclear potential of those countries, be realistic, I will never happend. Second, you now about the small wars around the world, they are the scape valve of a great conflict, somethiing like a third World War. We can not destroy all the weapons, it is impossible, you know a little bit about Realism, Military Power and the importance of the Satate, Ok, you will say what about Interdependence, true. But, Interdependence say that there are another kind of factors to make a Natiopn powerful, Military Power is not in discussion, how you can impose your interest when you are weak. You can be rich but the strong one is going to beat you up, beign simple. I know that first, the strong have to see the cost and the benefits to inititate a war, but if he has no choice, is going to do it. Came on, there is a real way to increase control to the weapons spread, International Right, International Regime, International System, Regional Regime or System. Please, focus in the importance of weapons for countries in this context, and try to wor on it, not in what isn not existent. Thanks for you time.
