well politics dosent seem to be my arena but for sure i got a report abt that sub.
i type the whole news article so that u ppl also know what was that which sank krusk.

"WAS THE KRUSK HIT BY A US SUB?"
moscow:the russian submaine 'krusk' with 118 seamen sank in the Barents sea after it was hit by a shadowing us submarint,says a former head of navigation safety of the russian navy.
In a 'face to face' programme on 'voice of russia', Admiral Valeri Alexin said that the nuclear submarine was hit at that part or the hull where the torpedoes were kept,which caused the explosion in it .
The admiral popularily known as the 'sea dog' laimed that among the three western subs ,it was hit either by one of the us subs 'Toldeo' or 'Memphis', or by the brit sub 'splendid'.(UNI news agency)

well that shd be a conlict ! why would an us sub attack a russian one after cold war ? well imo us ppl are as much peace loving as russians and we indians are . and as far as putin is considerd what can he do whn the best of the russian rescue ships are stinking in your yards with russia unable even to afford a few housand dollars for their repairs!..?
well think of the plight of russian navy decommisioning hundreds of their finest ships ,the reason "NO MONEY FOR REPAIRS!" well imo the krusk got sunk not b'cos of a torpedoe or a missile hit from the russian flag ship but by poor overhauling or that ship(krusk went for a overhaul recently) and b'os of low standards of maintanence of that sub due to cash crunch .

so my dear russians kindly for gods sake dont day dream of being a super power !( well being a super power is just a waste of money which can be else spent on ppls welfare)
well about democracy and communism i dont feel a huge gap as u american ppl feel! well they both work for peoples welfare although the ways of working are different.

Have you heard, Putin wants to pick up the dead Kursk-crew. Is he sick, or what. Thats not a good idea, let the people be. There´s no reason in doing that. Bavlin, don´t you think it´s wrong? Thats porforma. He just wants the russian to think:Ohh, how cute, he wants to get´em up from down there. What a nice man..
BAVLIN, you don´t like me!I know, and I understand you. I never experienced communism in my own country, but I would at any time prefer it.

I EXPERIENCED the communism and I want to
say that situation in my country was better
in that time than now about 80%.We had more money,there
was less criminal and corruption,and now
we became colony of USA without money,with
criminal percent like USA, with big percent
corruption and so on.I m not russian,(I m from small east-europe country)and I could tell that was very stupid for most people
to do this.But they got what they want.

I´m from Denmark, I never experienced it, but I know it´s good. Equality, anti-corruption and a well economi!!!

i) the successor to the KGB is called the FSB, so before you start attacking them, it might be a good idea at least to know their name (even if you know nothing else, as it seems, about them). It will help you when looking-up their name in the Moscow phone-book to find their address, I suppose.

ii) it's interesting to hear you think that Yeltsin is still in control. What makes you think this? Right now, Boris Berezovsky would like it very much if his friend B.Y. could help him with the Media-Most scandal, but it looks like there is no sign of Yeltsin. Strange, if you are right?

Well, I´m gonna apologize my li´l bro´s behavior. He calls himself Marx-Comrade. Nasty brother!!!
You Dr.W, don´t be mad at him, he don´t know what he´s talking about!
My name is Jimmi, and I´m interested in politic, and especially the politic in your country. I´ve been in Russia, that´s a very nice country. Your very friendly and the culture is really remarkable.
BUT, as my brother, I do not like Putin! I don´t think he´s able to raise your country.He´ not the right man to do that. And especially, when there´s so much corruption. Well, I think there is!
I support Communism. I think it´s good, because of the equality between people. Besides the government take controle of the factories, the ex/import. I now a lot of men abused the idea, and became capitalists.That was wrong! To Hell with them.....
But a decent man, with a clean conscience and a smart head, will be able to make your country as wealthy as The USA (I don´t like USA, but they´re wealthy)
Now, I´m from Denmark, and I love my country. We have democracy, but I dont like it. We pay too many taxes and other bills!Our government are capitalistic.
