In the near future we shall begin exploring the negative impact that the Bush presidency will have upon Russia, and the possible consequences of it. All speculations will be based on fact, especially the history of those Bush is leaning on for guidance in foreign affairs will be analyzed. As it appears right now there is going to be a substantial problem. Peace
