Nonson:

Fair is fair. Bush was arrested for DUI, is that a felony?

Nonson:

Ted Bundy was a predator of young males. Your comparison is dishonest and cowardly.
I do not care for Bush or Gore, now get this, Bush is the President-Elect, so that should end all your political horoscopes and fortune telling assumptions.

The first conviction for DWI is a misdemeanor, and is usually punished by a fine, which was the case with President Elect Bush.

A misdemeanor conviction for one DWI is a small affair that would not have even been grounds for the removal of a Top Secret security clearance, had Bush had one at the time.

If you want to look at a case where a DWI led to a death -- consider the famous 1969 case of Senator Edward Kennedy. Clearly, Kennedy should have been charged with felony DWI since his actions resulted in a death.

Also, Bill Clinton would have been charged in 1998 with perjury and obstruction of justice by the Special Counsel had he not been President. He was impeached by the House and missed removal from office by 17 votes. This means the majority of the House and half the Senate - nearly all lawyers - believed him guilty of at least two felonies.

Greetings,

Bush was arrested and convicted for three different offenses. I do not think that any of them was a FELONY. Still, he is a three time looser.

The last three elected Republican President
all commited crimes for which they should have been tried. Nixon had Watergate, Reagan
had Iran Contra Gate, Bush had Contra Gate.
I can hardly wait to see what this fellow is going to come up with.

Get ready. The MEDIA is going to turn him inside out. If he has any skeletons in his closet, you will be reading and hearing about it.
