Why would a powerful country constantly reviel on tv newspaps that it's constantly weekening as if it doesn't have enamies that will try and attack it,can some 1 please answer this for me (not that I don't really know the answer)

Yes but judging by how far we fell, it will take a long time to come back up. Furthermore, because of lack of funding, many areas continue to fall (Putin, because of his allegiances, can't do everything that the country needs).

I don't know what kind of fiction you've been reading, but its definitely not something that can be realized in real life. Your post reminds me of an article I once read by a far right neoconservative christian woman who claimed that 'the Russians are moving underground, where they have built shelters to withstand nuclear war, and they will strike when the time is right' or something like that. No offense, but this post is just prophecy style rambling with no ties with reality.
